I had not owned a new blow dryer in about 10 years, after replacing my Conair with this Barbar blow dryer recently. Immediately after opening the box, I noticed right away that the blow dryer is even better in person in terms of looks. The fire truck red color is even more vivid than the site can show us. It is a gorgeous color for this particular item.

After one use, I fell in love. Like I said, I had not had a brand new blow dryer in quite some time and I had completely forgotten that blow dryers normally have hot air that comes from them. That was no longer an option on my previous blow dryer, which quite frankly, made me decide to go with drying naturally most days.

There are some things I really love about this item that I must share. First of all, the 11 foot cord is a definite plus with my 12 month old normally crawling around me as I am blow drying my hair. 11 feet gives me enough cord to chase after him. Also, I really love the multiple speeds and heat levels. I didn't know such a thing even existed, but it's really nice to have, especially if you're in a hurry (which, as a mommy, I always am!).
